About the artist

Tiffany Murdoch is a Scottish Artist living in Edinburgh, Scotland. Having lived and held exhibitions around the world she gained inspiration in South East Asia for over a decade. Drawing on nature as her inspiration, she depicts patterns and subject matter from her experiences and observations of her surrounding and transfers these onto the page. Most well known for her monochromatic style Tiffany uses pattern and simple shapes to create positive and negative areas in her work.

Please note the following:

Tiffany Murdoch retains all rights to all artwork, even those of sold & commissioned original paintings.

Tiffany Murdoch retains the right to make reproductions of any artwork created unless the customer has purchased the full rights to the artwork (this is in addition to simply purchasing the original piece).

The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without prior permission from the artist.

The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist's written permission.

Privacy policy

Your privacy is something that I take very seriously. Any information you provide to me is held in strict confidence unless you give me permission to share it. I will not sell or rent your information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

Security

I maintain security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no exchange of data over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. While I make every effort to protect your personal information shared with me through this Site, you acknowledge that the personal information you voluntarily share through this Site could be accessed or tampered with by a third party.

You agree that I am not responsible for any intercepted information shared through this Site without my knowledge or permission. Additionally, you release me from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of such intercepted information in any unauthorised manner.

Post and packaging

These rates are for delivery anywhere in mainland Britain and cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labour and storage.

We use Royal Mail click and collect service and all A3, A2 and A1 sized art is sent in purpose build postal tubes that are extremely strong to protect your purchases.

Deliveries, returns and refunds

Refunds

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund for orders once they have been made, all sales are final. Please ensure you look carefully at the professionally scanned images before you make a purchase. Please take the time to read descriptions carefully. If you are concerned about colour variations, please check on multiple screens. I try my best to represent the colours and tones in my work honestly and clearly.

Every order, commission and sale is handled with extreme care. My goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. Bespoke orders receive extra consultation and more communication throughout the process.

Damaged artwork

Every effort is taken to ensure your print or original art work arrives safely and on time. Please open and check your order upon receipt and report any damages to us within 3 days.

In the unlikely event your art arrives damaged please email tiffanymurdoch@yahoo.co.uk within 3 days of receipt. Please take photos of the damage. Please return the item/s in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will replace your portrait. It is important to return your order by a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. 

Returns 

Artwork are fragile items and should be opened immediately and with care. Our Returns Policy applies to the 3 day period, starting from the delivery date of your order. If more than 3 days has passed since your order has been delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

If your painting is lost by the courier, we will send you a new artwork at no charge.

Order cancellation Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
