All items larger than A4 will be posted by Royal Mail Delivery in strong art postal tubes with an additional cost for postage. The cost of packaging is included in the product price. A4 products are posted in protected card A4 envelopes with an additional cost for postage. The cost of packaging is included in the product price. Please allow for 2 days packaging plus postage time.

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund for orders once they have been made, all sales are final. Please ensure you look carefully at the professionally scanned images before you make a purchase. Please take the time to read descriptions carefully. If you are concerned about colour variations, please check on multiple screens. I try my best to represent the colours and tones in my work honestly and clearly. 

Every order, commission and sale is handled with extreme care. My goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. Bespoke orders receive extra consultation and more communication throughout the process.

Damaged artwork

Every effort is taken to ensure your print or original art work arrives safely and on time. Please open and check your order upon receipt and report any damages to us within 3 days.

In the unlikely event your art arrives damaged please email tiffanymurdoch@yahoo.co.uk within 3 days of receipt. Please take photos of the damage. Please return the item/s in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will replace your portrait. It is important to return your order by a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. 

Returns 

Artwork are fragile items and should be opened immediately and with care. Our Returns Policy applies to the 3 day period, starting from the delivery date of your order. If more than 3 days has passed since your order has been delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

If your painting is lost by the courier, we will send you a new artwork at no charge.

Order cancellation Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If opening an A4 print please take great care when removing the protective sheets to ensure the sticky seal of the protective envelope does not touch the paper as this may damage it.

These items are best framed to protect the paper and retain the shape.
